very poor maintenance and the staff were really unaware. Messed up my paument chsrging me twice and creating havoc on my credit card,

The air did not work. The shower barely ran water. There was dirt and grime around the shower.

I had to switch rooms. The second room?s bathe was poorly cleaned. Someone has left residue in the toilet and hair in the tub

The room HVAC system had a horrible smell. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The sink faucet in the bathroom was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The walls were dirty inside and outside of the room. No personal microwave in the room.

Our room had not been completely cleaned before we arried. The beds were made but the bathroom was not serviced. used bar of soap, no shower curtain, needed toilet paper,few towels

I can?t say that anything was the best.

The staff was so ugly in attitude that I left and went to another hotel. The Cotton House is much friendlier and it stands up to its name. It is what I call ?High Cotton.? This hotel needs to clean house with their staff at the front desk.

My key stopped working and was told I was marked as checked out before my departure date. This happened twice.

Upon arrival, there was multiple hairs in the shower; I felt like the entire room could have been cleaner.

The hotel is clean but poorly maintained. My last three stays here there have been problems with the rooms, missing or broken bathroom fixtures, and holes in the walls and paint damage.

The young man who checked me in was fantastic.

The hotel was dirty, including hallways and the room. I was surprised because the hotel is fairly new.

Hotel still looks clean and new. Room size is nice. Parking was good.

It's location is away from a lot of the popular spots.

The staff was outstanding. One of the lights over the bed was out, reported it, did get changed. The room was to dark, need better lighting. Overall, I would say again.

Clean and neat but is starting to show some signs of ware. Try cleaning the mold that is starting to form in the shower.

The hotel is new and very modern. The decor is nice and parking lot was clean and well lit. Adjacent to the University.

Please train your management. . There was no arrival experience what so ever, earrings & crumbs left on the floor. Dirty towels in room and no new towels available per the front desk. The iron was burnt and no one when you call.

The hotel is obviously fairly new, so the style was nice and it was clean. The staff was also nice.
